Initiate Your Request
Log into your Cyber Craft account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a digital return authorization.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
